Dakota Contractors managed the complete remodel of 84 Walton Street for Selig Enterprises, spanning 123,200 square feet across multiple floors in the heart of downtown Atlanta. The scope included interior renovations across every level, exterior envelope upgrades, and a comprehensive base-building modernization, including lobbies, cores, systems, and common areas. Base building renovations require a contractor who can coordinate across structural, mechanical, and finish-level work without losing momentum, all while maintaining the building's ability to serve tenants. Our successful delivery of the full building at 84 Walton Street positioned it to welcome new corporate tenants like Open Door, whose interior buildout we completed as part of our continued work on the property.
