The developer of The Works selected Dakota Contractors to deliver its on-site marketing office, a brand-forward space built to host prospective tenants and partners across one of Atlanta's most ambitious mixed-use developments. We managed every phase of the buildout, from coordinating specialized trades and sourcing finishes to delivering the front-of-house, meeting, and presentation areas a leasing operation demands. The result is a space that performs as well as it looks, built on time and built to last, and one of several Dakota projects across The Works property.
