Dakota Contractors managed the complete interior renovation of Taste Wine Bar and Market, transforming 2,000 square feet at 202 Chattahoochee Row into a warm, intentional venue built for wine tasting, retail, and dining. From early collaboration with the architect and subcontractors to develop a realistic bid, to finish-level craftsmanship in the bar, retail display, and dining area, our team delivered the project in three months and stayed within the $340,000 budget. Smaller footprints demand the same discipline as our largest projects, and this buildout reflects the thoughtful planning and cost control that define how we work with independent hospitality operators.
