At The Suzuki School's Ponce City Market campus, Dakota Contractors divided one existing classroom into two — approximately 1,460 square feet of renovated area, with Freespace Architecture, in 2020. Small and precise: splitting a classroom in a working school means the two rooms that result each have to satisfy early-childhood requirements on their own, and the work has to fit the school's calendar.
